Thank you for choosing the Casper Events Center! We hope that you enjoy your visit to our facility. For your convenience we’ve provided some information to make your visit more enjoyable.

Here are a few tips to help make your evening out a great evening:

Buy your tickets early

Not only do you get the best choice of seats, but for many events, you save money over the day of show ticket price. It also helps us avoid cancellations because the more tickets that are sold in advance, the less likely a promter is to cancel. If an event does get cancelled however, the Events Center will provide a refund. See our FAQ section for more information on cancellations.

Give yourself plenty of time to get to and from the event.

It takes a long time to get over 3,000 vehicles in and out of the parking lots and nearly 10,000 people into their seats. We attempt to start every event at the scheduled time, so give yourself plenty of time to get here, get in the building and to find your seat. When the lights go out, it is much more difficult to find your seat and late arrivals distract from other guests’ enjoyment. Handicapped parking is available in front of the building adjacent to Lot #3.

Use access roads other than Poplar Street

The most congested access to and from the Events Center is via Poplar Street. If you come from Paradise Valley, Mills or West of Casper, use the Shoshoni Bypass. If you are coming from Evansville or East of Casper, use Bryan Stock Trail and Amoco Road.

Banquets, Receptions and Meetings

An increasing amount of functions are utilizing the Banquet Entrance at Lot #11. Most events held in the Summit Room and/or Three Trails Rooms find this entrance to be most convenient and more elegant. To get to the Banquet Entrance, use East Road and park in lots #9 or #11.

Leave Inappropriate “stuff” at Home

Part of our job is to protect the guests’ safety. So we will ask you to surrender any knives, guns, bottles or thermonuclear devices at the door. Call the Box Office before you leave to find out if cameras are permitted.

NOTICE: You and your belongings may be searched upon entry.  Ticket holder consents to reasonable search for such items below and waives any related claims that may arise.

The Casper Events Center Management reserves the right to make the final determination on prohibited items.

Prohibited Items:

  • Bags larger than 14” wide X 14” long X 6” deep
  • Outside food or beverage, alcohol, bottles or cans
  • Professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, or lenses longer than 2.5”
  • GoPro cameras 
  • Video or audio devices
  • Selfie Sticks or telescopic devices
  • Aerosol cans or noisemaking devices
  • Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft
  • Animals (unless a service animal)
  • Weapons (guns, firearms, ammunition, nightsticks, nunchucks, stun guns/tasers)
  • Knives, brass knuckles, billy clubs, blackjacks, kubatons
  • Self Defense Sprays/ Pepper Spray
  • Explosives
  • Fuels (torches, lighter fluid)
  • Tools
  • Razor Type Blades (box cutters, razor blades, scissors)
  • Hazardous Items (chemicals, paints, thinners)
  • Laser pointing devices
  • Gifts, letters, signs, banners, flowers, or sealed packages of any kind (*commencements and high school tournaments exempt for letters, signs, banners, flowers)
  • Nail Clippers
  • Hoverboards and skateboards
  • Umbrellas
  • Any other items deemed inappropriate for specific events

Prohibited items cannot be stored or held at the entrance points, security base or guest services.

In Case of A Problem

Our staff is trained in crowd control and emergency situations. If you witness a problem, let our staff know immediately and protect yourself by getting out of the way. If you are asked by the staff to do something, please cooperate. If you have any problems while you’re visiting us, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

The Casper Events Center is utilizing "Txt Alert" as a method of facility management. If you have an issue in our facility, see something suspicious while attending an event, or find an area that requires staff attention, please text what and where the issue is to: 307-201-2605.  We encourage you to keep this number saved in your contacts so it is easily accessible each time you visit the Casper Events Center.

Please note, if you report an issue with incomplete information, such as missing the location of the issue, you may receive a text message from management through the system asking for further information so that we can address the situation. The reply message will come from the number 307-201-2756.

Txt Alert should NOT be used for emergency situations that require 9-1-1 assistance.
