The safety and well-being of our guests, employees, performers, and athletes is our top priority at the Ford Wyoming Center. Our cleaning procedures are thorough and comprehensive. Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities, our staff is focused on the disinfection of high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, escalators, elevator buttons and bathrooms. We have also filled hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the facility.

Our staff, partners and guests are encouraged to follow standard health precautions, such as consistent hand washing and covering coughs and sneezes. We encourage individuals who are sick to stay home. We will continue to closely monitor the situation, so that we can quickly make adjustments should the CDC or local authorities recommend different or amended precautionary measures.

REMINDERS IF YOU ARE ATTENDING AN UPCOMING MEETING, EVENT, OR GATHERING:

COVID-19 ALERT: 

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our venue guests.  However, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and Venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.

In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend events:  

• Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);
• Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared;
• Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; and
• Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

In cooperation with Casper-Natrona County Health Department, the Ford Wyoming Center has instituted a series of safety protocols for a safe and responsible event, including:

• Screening:
  • All employees, vendors, show personnel, and volunteers are temperature and symptom screened upon entrance.  All employees, vendors and sub-contractors will wear masks;
• Ticketing and Social Distancing:
  • All fans will be in POD seating, which increases distancing and minimizes fan crossover when entering and exiting their seats; if State or Local guidelines increase to allow additional tickets to be sold, spacing between pod may decrease
  • Limited Capacity Seating has been created to execute a safer seating environment, limiting pod groupings of fans to 8 or less seats. Fans are not required to purchase all seats in a pod group. Fans may be seated with other fans not known prior to purchasing.
  • Fans are asked to respect one another to provide a safe environment for everyone in attendance.
  • The seating for this event is set up with social distancing guidelines. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. By entering the venue, you and your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and Venue/Promoter disclaims any and all liability related thereto.
• Masks:
  • Based on current state and local health guidelines, masks or facial coverings may be required to be worn for all attendees while not drinking or dining;
• Air Handling:
  • The Ford Wyoming Center’s HVAC system has the ability to cycle air 6 times an hour, completely removing current airflow and replacing with fresh air;
• Sanitization:
  • Increased sanitization of high-contact areas including bathrooms, concourses, concession stands, elevators, and entrances;
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the venue to promote hand hygiene;
