General Manager

Kirk joins the Ford Wyoming Center in mid-January 2023 to continue a 26-year career in sports, events and facility management. Kirk was heavily involved in the professional baseball industry for 16 years, managing teams and facilities in Jacksonville FL, Portland OR and the Quad Cities of Iowa/Illinois. Following his time in baseball, Kirk moved to Houston and spent time with the Houston Dynamo/PNC Bank Stadium of Major League Soccer and consulted for sports organizations and facilities ranging from Texas High School Football to the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball.  Since 2015, Kirk has been the Director of Booking and Events at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, managing a complete programming department for multiple venues and operating one of the most well-regarded performing arts centers in the country.  A native of Wyalusing, PA, the Ithaca College graduate enjoys traveling, spending as much time as possible outdoors, reading, cooking and playing the piano. Kirk became a Visit Casper Board Member in October 2023.

Director Of Event Services/Assistant General Manager

Kristina Olson began her career at the Ford Wyoming Center as a ticket seller in 2001. Kristina went on to manage a local bar in Casper for 6 years. In 2008 she returned to the Ford Wyoming Center and was promoted to the Assistant Box Office Manager where she had the opportunity to learn from a 30 year veteran in ticketing. In 2010 she was promoted to Box Office Manager and in 2019 she was promoted to Director of Event Services overseeing the event staff and box office. Kristina was promoted to Assistant General Manager in February 2023. 

Executive Assistant

Amanda calls Wyoming home after moving from St. Paul, Minnesota to Casper at a very young age. The Ford Wyoming Center holds one of Amanda’s favorite memories, marching from the tunnel onto the arena floor to compete in the State Marching Competition. In 2000 Amanda walked into the same arena to celebrate graduating from Natrona County High School. Years later she continued the tradition of graduating at the Ford Wyoming Center with her AA in Human Communications and AA in Paralegal Studies from Casper College. In 2020 Amanda graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BAS in Organizational Leadership. After working in retail for over 19 years, she has found a love for events and entertainment. Amanda started working as a part-time Ticket Seller in 2016 and was promoted to her current role in 2017.

Piyush joined OVG in July of 2022 when he started working at Chaifetz Arena. He joined the Ford Wyoming Center team in October of 2023. Piyush is originally from Philadelphia, PA. He is a CPA and has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, and retail. He graduated from Drexel University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later earned his MBA at Tulane University, graduating in 2012. Piyush is a die-hard fan of all Philadelphia sports. Piyush has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance world and is glad to have made a home in the sports and entertainment industry.

Shelby was born and raised in Northern California. She went to Montana State University where she graduated with a BS in Psychology. After graduating Shelby stayed in Montana and worked for the MSU Admissions Office. She later transferred to a job in the Student Union Building overseeing two student-run organizations, the Rec Center and the University Information Desk. Shelby began working as the Box Office Manager for Ford Wyoming Center in the Fall of 2019 after moving to Casper.

Director of Operations

Cody started his career with the Ford Wyoming Center in the summer of 2008. He became the Maintenance Crew Chief in early 2015. In October of 2016, he became the Operations Manager and in June 2022 he became the Director of Operations.

Candie was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and has been in the Food and Beverage department for 32 years. She has planned and prepared meals for customers from the Vice President to country and rockstars and the local community. The largest event Candie oversaw in her tenure at the Ford Wyoming Center was a prime rib dinner for 2200 people. Candie's motto is "no matter whom, strive to make every event something special for everyone." Candie was promoted to Director of Food and Beverage in December 2023.

Director Of Partnerships

Dan grew up in rural Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln before coming to Casper for work in 1992. In 1993 he met a Casper native and future bride, hence making Casper his adopted home. Dan has worked in the business community for many years as well as a member of several community groups in Casper. Dan joined the Ford Wyoming Center team in October 2018. Marilyn and Dan have been married since 1996 and have 2 grown daughters, Kelsee and Natalee.

Regional Marketing Director

Kendra moved from Sheridan, WY to Casper, WY in 1999. She earned her AA in technical theater from Casper College in 2001 and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2014 with a BAS in organizational leadership. Kendra started in the Box Office at the venue in 2001 as a part-time ticket seller. She spent several years as the marketing assistant before becoming the executive assistant and human resources representative, then eventually moved into the Director of Marketing position in 2017. Kendra took on the Regional Marketing Director role in 2021 and thoroughly enjoys getting to work with venues across the US as part of her duties.
