About the Chef
Head Chef Matt Sissman, a Casper native and NCHS graduate, boasts 25 years of diverse food service and culinary education experience, having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has worked in high-end restaurants from South Carolina to Colorado and even cooked for NASA at McMurdo Station in Antarctica for three seasons.
Matt owned two restaurants in Lander, Wyoming, The Middle Fork and Sego. Now an electrician, he enjoys creating multi-course experiences for smaller parties, emphasizing handmade elements and old-world techniques.
