Parking Information for KWHS and NCHS Graduation Ceremonies

Commencement start time: 7:30 pm
Location: Ford Wyoming Center
Doors open: 6:00 pm
Kelly Walsh High School: May 30, 2024
Natrona County High School: May 31, 2024

Parking Impact
Due to the construction on the Ford Wyoming Center property, parking will be reduced by approximately 500 parking spaces for graduation ceremonies. A gravel overflow parking lot called the “Cowboy Lot” will be available to the east of the Ford Wyoming Center main parking lots.

NCSD has made alternate parking/travel arrangements available to assist with parking. NCSD will provide shuttles to and from Central Services Facility (CSF) - 970 North Glenn Rd. See below for information for times.

GRADUATING SENIORS: Please plan to park in the Ford Wyoming Center parking lots #11 and #9 for your REHEARSAL.

NCHS and KWHS GRADUATING SENIORS - Available Shuttle Buses
● Buses for graduates will be available leaving their home school at 6:15 p.m.
● Students must sign up using the QR code available at their high schools. Bus availability will be based on the number of students who sign up.
● After the graduation ceremony, there will be shuttles back to the school for the graduates, or students can get a ride to their car.
● The last shuttle will leave the Ford Wyoming Center at 10:15 p.m.

ROTC Color Guard, Band, Orchestra, and Choir - Shuttle Buses (mandatory)
● To Ford Wyoming Center from students home school (KWHS/NCHS):
○ Color Guard: Depart from school:
■ KW @ 5:45 p.m.
■ NC @ 5:45 p.m.
○ Band/Choir/Orchestra: Depart from school:
■ KW @ 6:15 p.m.
■ NC @ 6:15 p.m.
● From Ford Wyoming Center: Buses will leave Ford Wyoming Center upon performance completion and return students who are not staying for the rest of the graduation (approximately 8:15 p.m.).

Family/Friends/Community - Available Shuttle Buses
Central Services Facility to Ford Wyoming Center:
○ Park at Central Services Facility - 970 N. Glenn Road
○ Shuttles will begin at 6:00
○ Multiple shuttles every 15 minutes (approximately)
○ Drop-off will be at the Sinclair Ticket Office Doors
○ The last shuttle leaving the Central Services Facility - at 7:15 p.m.

● Ford Wyoming Center return shuttle to Central Services Facility
○ Pickup will be located at the Sinclair Ticket Office Doors
○ Shuttles will run every 15 minutes (approximately)
○ The last shuttle returning to the Central Services Facility will be at 10:15 p.m.

Cowboy Parking Lot to Ford Wyoming Center:
● Ford Wyoming Center Shuttle Bus - from the Outer Cowboy Parking Lot to the Ford Wyoming Center Banquet Doors:
○ Guests can park in the outer Cowboy Parking Lot of the Ford Wyoming Center
■ Multiple shuttles will be available starting at 6:00 p.m. and running until 7:20 p.m.
■ Drop-off will be at the Banquet Doors located in Parking Lot 11
■ End of Ceremony:
● Multiple shuttles will be available starting after the graduation ceremony concludes and will run until 10:15 p.m.
● Pick-up location will be at the Banquet Doors located in Parking Lot 11
● Last shuttle - 10:15 p.m.

*There will be no parking impact on the Roosevelt High School Graduation Ceremony
