The 4th of July Fireworks Festival is a cherished community event that brings together families, friends, and neighbors to celebrate our nation's independence in a fun and festive atmosphere on the grounds of the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper, WY. Presented by the McMurry Foundation. Sponsored in part by ART 321, Hat Six Travel Center, Oftedal Construction, Pepsi of Casper, the City of Casper, the Wyo Sports Ranch and Visit Casper.

What to Bring
Here's a suggestion list of items to bring to ensure you have a fun, comfortable, and safe experience:
Essentials:
- Blanket or Folding Chairs - For comfortable seating.
- Sunscreen - To protect against sunburn during the day.
- Insect Repellent - To keep bugs away.
- Hat and Sunglasses - For sun protection.
- Water Bottles - Stay hydrated.
- Snacks and Picnic Food - Finger foods, sandwiches, fruits, etc.
- Cooler - To keep drinks and perishable items cold.
- Trash Bags - To clean up after yourself.
Comfort Items:
- Portable Fan - For keeping cool in the heat.
- Umbrella or Canopy - For shade.
- Light Jacket or Sweater - It might get chilly in the evening.
Entertainment:
- Games and Activities - Frisbees, footballs, cards, etc.
- Books or Magazines - For some quiet time.
- Binoculars - For a closer view of the fireworks.

- Flashlight or Headlamp - For navigating after dark.

What NOT to Bring
Here's a list of items you should avoid bringing to a 4th of July fireworks festival to ensure safety and compliance with typical festival rules:
- Firearms and Weapons: This includes guns, knives, and any other type of weapon.
- Illegal Substances: Any form of illegal drugs or substances.
- Alcohol: The festival does not allow outside alcohol.
- Fireworks: Personal fireworks are often prohibited to prevent accidents and fires.
- Glass Containers: These can break and pose a hazard.
- Drones: These can interfere with fireworks and pose safety risks.
- Laser Pointers: These can be distracting or hazardous.
Parking & Admission
- Opening Time: Gate #1 at the Box Office entrance opens at 4:00 pm.
- Car Admission: $15 per carload (pre-July 4th), $20 at the gate.
- Motorcycle Admission: $10 (pre-July 4th), $15 at the gate.
- RV/Oversized Vehicle Admission: $40.
Gate admission is CASH ONLY.
Seating & Tailgating
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to comfortably enjoy a day packed with activities in the plaza. Feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages, but remember:
- No outside alcoholic beverages allowed.
- No glass containers permitted per City Park regulations.
Kid's Sidewalk Chalk Competition
We're thrilled to announce the return of a beloved event: the Kid's Sidewalk Chalk Competition, presented by ART 321! Due to popular demand, this creative extravaganza is back to inspire young artists to showcase their talents.
Participants will be divided into three age groups: 5 and under, 6 to 10, and 11 to 15. Artists must complete their drawings by 7:30 pm. Winners to be announced at approximately 8:00 pm.

Unlimited wristbands are $15 per person, or enjoy individual attractions for $3 each. Note: Inflatables may close due to unsafe wind or weather conditions. A waiver is required.

Make a splash with our new Dunk Tank! Test your aim and dunk our brave volunteers for just $2 per ball or $5 for three balls. Don’t miss this wet and wild fun!
Patriotic Wagon & Stroller Parade
Show off your patriotic pride in our adorable Patriotic Wagon & Stroller Parade! Decorate your strollers and wagons in red, white, and blue for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Create unforgettable memories in this dazzling parade. Meet at the registration and information table at 5:45 pm for a 6:00 pm parade.

The Casper Recreation Division will host a variety of lawn games for kids of all ages to try out free of charge.

Bubble Station & Water Gun Station
Dive into the fun at our Bubble Station and Water Gun Station! Bring your own bubble wands and water guns, as supplies are limited.

Restrooms and an ATM will be available on the concourse level of the Ford Wyoming Center.
Beer Garden
Enjoy beverages at the Beer Garden, managed by the Ford Wyoming Center Food and Beverage Department. Cash and credit cards accepted. Remember to bring a valid photo ID for alcoholic purchases.
