Join us for Small Business, Big Christmas, Casper’s new multi-business holiday party designed especially for companies who want a festive, turnkey celebration without the hassle of planning their own event. Treat your team to an evening of dinner, drinks, entertainment, and holiday cheer beautifully hosted by the Ford Wyoming Center.

Whether you’re a team of six or a business purchasing multiple tables, this event offers a warm, memorable way to celebrate together.

Table Options

All reservations include seating for six guests, holiday décor, entertainment, dessert display, and access to the evening’s social hour.

VIP Table — $450

A premium holiday experience featuring:

• Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Dinner with loaded mashed potatoes & honey-glazed carrots
• Mixed Greens Salad with seasonal toppings
• One glass of Josh Cellars wine per guest
• Premium seating near the stage

Fan Food cocktail server for convenient table-side beverage service

Standard Table — $385

A classic holiday dinner including:

• Chicken Cordon Bleu with rich white sauce
• House Salad with ranch or Italian dressing
• Cranberry stuffing, honey-glazed carrots, and rustic rolls
• Dessert display featuring cakes and holiday pies

Evening Schedule

5:30 PM – Doors open, bar service, mingling, photo booth
6:00 PM – Dinner served
6:45 PM – Comedy performance
8:00 PM – Social hour with music and cocktails
9:30 PM – Last call

Is this event open to the public?
Yes, any business, organization, or professional group may reserve a table.

Can we purchase multiple tables?
Yes. Groups needing more than five tables should contact us directly for assistance.

Are individual tickets available?
No. All reservations are sold by the table (seating for six guests).

Is this event 21+?
Yes. All attendees must be 21 or older. Valid ID will be required at entry.

Where do we enter for this event?
